Welcome

MySite is an HTML-powered blog site. I created this is a demo page for those who would like to have their own blog site but who are not yet ready to install their own PHP-powered blogsite or who can make use of the free facilities offered in sites like WordPress.Com but who choose to create their blogs "manually" for purposes of education and training.

I am using for this page an HTML editor called RJ TextEdit which recently released (September 2007) its version 4.1. Before RJ TextEdit, I was using HTML Beauty the development of which stopped in 2002.

I intentionally created this page as just one long webpage like the ones created for personal webpages some years back. This "retro" page is an illustration that websites need not be complicated. Read More

Inaugural Post

At 11:45 today, I type this short inaugural post on this HTML-only-powered blog. I could have posted this in a spanking new blog at WordPress.Com But just to show that this can be done using an HTML editor that has the capacity to open from and save to an FTP account, I am illustrating it here live.
